Aftercare Instructions

Once your tattoo is finished your artist may or may not suggest wrapping It with a bandage. Wrapping is only necessary if your tattoo is bleeding, its important to let it breathe the first few days of having it. If your artist does suggest wrapping the tattoo, leave it on no more than an hour. Do not rebandage your tattoo as it may cause damage to it. Once you get home you can wash off any blood or plasma with any non-scented, anti-bacterial soap, Stay away from anything scented because the perfume in the soap will cause stinging and irritation. Once you have lightly washed your tattoo you may apply your first light layer of unscented lotion. This is what you’re going to
use to heal and take care of your tattoo for the next two weeks.

The healing process of your tattoo

You tattoo will takes 2-3 weeks to heal, in that two weeks you’re going to wash your tattoo at least once a day (more if needed), and then apply a light layer of unscented lotion 2-3 times a day. The healing process is different for everyone so your tattoo may require more or less application. Apply when your tattoo starts to feel tight or dry.

The tattoo will start to peel or itch it’s completely normal just leave it alone and do not scratch or pick at it

No oceans, lakes, pools, etc. Your tattoo is an open wound treat it accordingly!!
